We have cleared the invalid resource from the top resources list, and the page is now operational. We are in the process of adding stronger guard clauses to ensure that this invalid data cannot break the page in future.

The resources home and hubs are currently down due to a data issue causing the pages to fail to render, we are in the process of fixing.
